Pre-Primary — All Subject

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 3–6 years. The teacher plans and delivers age-appropriate educational activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical and language development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and conduct interactive lessons.
2. Foster a positive, inclusive and child-friendly classroom environment.
3. Support children's overall development through play-based and experiential learning.
4. Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain records.
5. Encourage good habits, discipline and social skills.
6. Organize classroom activities, celebrations and educational events.
7. Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
8. Prepare teaching aids, learning materials and classroom displays.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Ed., D.El.Ed., NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent preferred).
2. Certification in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.

Required Skills

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Patience, empathy and a passion for working with young children.
3. Lesson planning and classroom activities.
4. Classroom management.
5. Basic computer skills for maintaining records and preparing lesson plans.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.

Experience

1. Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary or preschool prefer
